CAT APPOINTMENT INFO
Cat appts are first thing in the morning or mid afternoon onwards. The morning appts at 8.30am, 9am or 9.30am are fixed time appts. the afternoon appts we ask you to be available and contactable on the day from 1 pm onwards should we require you to come in earlier. If this is not suitable then a fixed morning appt would be best. There are no dog clients booked in the salon the same time so it’s a nice calm environment. We also ask you to stay during the appt.
The appt duration varies depending on how much work is needed and also cat co-operation.
We can trim nails, groom out dead hair, dematt, sanitary trims, lion trims and trim/clipper certain areas or an allover shave down if desired or needed due to extensive matting.
We do not offer water baths or cat teeth cleaning. For cats who have an overly greasy/oily coat or very bad dandruff we can offer a bran bath which is warm dry oatbran massaged into the coat.
Prices vary depending on the work carried out and time taken, usually between £45-£80 but can be a bit more or less. Nail trim only is £20.
Nails, dead hair removal, sanitary trim is usually £45. A lion trim or full shave is usually £65-£75.
Every cat is different and appts can take anything from 10mins to 45 mins, some cats are placid and others are more of a risk to us. If we are unable to carry out any work during the appt due to non cooperation from your cat then a £25 cover cost is still payable or if you can’t get the cat in the carrier to attend the appt £25 cover cost applies. If you need to cancel the appt we require over 24hrs notice or there’s a £25 fee payable. If you no show completely for the appt then the full appt cost is due.
